JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa brings in a fresh new face armed with talent and skill – Chef de Cuisine Andrea Genio to run their Italian kitchen Cucina.The 28 year old chef has over 10 years of experience in the F&B industry. The fire burning inside him for cooking has been stoked by the experiences garnered as a child from both his mother and grandmother. The Cucina restaurant opens for lunch from 12.30 pm – 3 pm and dinner starts from 6 – 11 pm.
