Renowned Pastry Chef Creates Eclairs inspired by his travels Famed chef Johnny Iuzzini is on a mission to travel around the world to put his kitchen skills to the test.
 
In collaboration with Le Méridien, Iuzzini has set on a journey to develop six custom éclairs based on the country he is in. Expect flavours from Darjeeling from New Delhi to blueberries from San Franciso!
