Female Hong Kong chef takes top award in Asia

You may have already heard of Little Bao – taking the streets of Hong Kong by storm – and in case you have not heard, the kitchen is helmed by May Chow.

A native to Hong Kong, Chow has been praised for her innovative take on the Chinese steamed bun and was recently voted Asia’s best female chef for 2017 by more than 300 culinary experts in a list published by William Reed Business Media.
