Think David Thompson and one immediately thinks of Thai food.

Originally from Australia, the famed chef began his love for Thai cuisine in 1990s, eventually opening his own restaurant, Nahm and Long Chim in Singapore.

Now back to his homeland, Thompson has opened yet another outlet – Melbourne Long Chim.
