Held at Salt Grill & Sky Bar, this masterclass was organised by Austrade Singapore, in collaboration with Wine Australia Asia Pacific.
The session aimed to highlight the Old Vines and Classic wine styles of Australia. It was led by Mark Davidson, global education manager of Wine Australia, as well as Lim Hwee Peng, a widely-recognised international wine specialist – where they shared their vast knowledge of wines from Australia’s oldest vines.
