Tokyo-Italian dining arrived in Singapore when terra opened its doors a year ago. It’s been a remarkable one year, especially since terra is one of the first restaurants to receive the desired Michelin-star. As Sharuwin Sudirman, his charismatic manager said so eloquently, “We won’t be here, without the man, Seita Nakahara.”
Chef Seita’s commitment to his cuisine has enamored the taste buds of many people.
