Chef's Table celebrates the best of seasonal produce and gourmet products from all over the world with its unique "no menu" concept. Diners make their own selection from a list of 28 ingredients and Chef Stephan together with his creative partner Chef Lorenz will create a host of dishes with these ingredients.
This New Year’s Eve, expect new additions like King Ora Salmon, Alaskan King Crab, Maitake Hen of The Woods, Sunchoke, Misato Radish and more!
The New Year's Eve Menus are priced at $150+ (5 course) and $188+ (7 course) per person.
