World-renowned chef Alain Ducasse to Debut Rech Restaurant in Hong Kong

Alain Ducasse Entreprise and InterContinental Hong Kong are thrilled to debut a new restaurant outlet - Rech by Alain Ducasse within the former SPOON restaurant space.

SPOON by Alain Ducasse, which opened in 2003, will have its last night of service on January 1, 2017. The Rech is planned for opening in mid-February 2017.

Rech by Alain Ducasse at InterContinental Hong Kong promises to feature the best fish and shellfish of Chef Ducasse's personal interpretation and contemporary cuisine in a modern and relaxed seaside-inspired ambiance with Hong Kong's spectacular panoramic harbourviews.
