Famed chef Davide Oldani, Chef-Owner of Michelin-starred restaurant D’O in Italy, will be opening his first restaurant in Singapore. FOO’D by Davide Oldani is a modern Italian restaurant located at the historic Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall. He will be presenting his unique culinary philosophy, Cucina POP that emphasizes accessible and democratic fine dining using fresh quality, seasonal produce.
