A Bavarian Christmas with Brez’n Tuck into traditional Bavarian delights at Singapore’s latest Bavarian restaurant, Brez’n.
 
From 15th November till 31st December, diners will be treated to the warm Bavarian Christmas spirit. While many may be more familiar with the common roasts, duck is the main dish in a typical Bavarian Christmas Dinner. Chef Dominik Österreicher has created a menu consisting of delicious duck selections – namely the oven-roasted duck leg and Salat Mit Entenbrust, a smoked duck breast salad.
