Davide Oldani, of Michelin-starred restaurant D'O, opens first restaurant in Singapore

Famed chef Davide Oldani, Chef-Owner of Michelin-starred restaurant D’O in Italy, will be opening his first restaurant in Singapore. FOO’D by Davide Oldani is a modern Italian restaurant located at the historic Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall. He will be presenting his unique culinary philosophy, Cucina POP, that emphasizes accessible and democratic fine dining using fresh quality, seasonal produce.

His Singapore restaurant will showcase Oldani’s signatures, including Caramelised onion with hot and cold Grana Padano Riserva, a Grana Padano mousse and ice-cream with caramelised onions; as well as, Lemon curd, meringue and lettuce ice-cream—a dessert that combines tangy lemon curd, spikes of meringue combined with a lettuce ice-cream sitting atop cocoa crumble.
