Wine Thursdays at ADRIFT will now run every day in the run up to New Years. Guests can expect sparkling, white, reds and the biggest selection of rosé wines, procured from all around the world, for only $50++. With a special focus on small, boutique and cult wineries, ADRIFT has curated a great collection of new world California and Australian wines as well as legendary French and Italian labels. Featuring legendary labels like M. Chapoutier, Penfolds, Craggy Range and Billecart Salmon and also making room for unique selections like Matsu, Shinas Estates and Te Mata, there is something to cater to all tastes.
Festive Martinis and Mistletoe
Cozy up for a sultry and seductive evening on Christmas Eve at ADRIFT for Mistletoe and Martinis. Delight in a selection of festive themed martinis like the Mistletini, which takes a herbal approach with rosemary and gin, or the Egg Nog tini with bourbon and cinnamon, each for just $18++.
Usher in the New Year with an exquisite Omakase menu
Chef David Myers has curated an eight-course Omakase menu to see in the New Year in style. Priced at $208++, the menu will feature dishes such as Uni with caviar and dashi, Kagoshima Carpaccio with pickled myoga, fresh wasabi and Sautéed Abalone with wild mushrooms and brown butter dumplings.
