Celebrating the ‘Garden to Plate’ concept last week at the Botanic Gardens Singapore was Chef Raymond Blanc!
Passionately supporting the use of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients in conjunction with supporting local producers, Chef Blanc says, “Buying seasonally and close to home is what I grew up with and it makes sense.”
With over 120 participants, it was a fun and delightful time as Chef Blanc shared his enthusiasm with the crowd.
Also part of the event was a floor with an array of Kenwood’s extensive array of quality kitchen equipment. From the latest blenders and mixers, Kenwood has the goods to make life easier. Chef Blanc said, “At this time and age, machine helps speed the prep along without compromising on time and flavour.”
