Sri Panwa, Phuket to welcome Michelin-starred Italian chef

From 1st to 7th December 2016, two-starred Michelin chef, Stefano Baiocco will be jetting in from the legendary Grand Hotel A Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano – Italy for an exclusive seven-day collaboration with Sri panwa, Phuket, the luxury private pool villa & spa resort famous for its stunning views of the Southeastern tip of the island.
Every night during the seven-day collaboration, guests will witness Stefano’s extreme dedication and attention to detail. Each dish will be unique and will exhibit Stefano’s distinctive approach to creative food, where one single serving can contain up to 140 different plants – a symbol of his culinary passion.
Diners will have the opportunity to feast on an Italian eight-course menu consisting of two starters, two dishes of pasta or risotto, one fish dish and one meat dish, from 1st to 7th December. The week-long culinary journey will start at 18.00H and will be available at THB 6,900++ per person – excluding drinks.
