Royal Plaza on Scotts (RP) has been awarded one of Singapore’s Top Six Best Companies to Work For, by Great Place to Work® Singapore. This award follows the hotel’s Watch Out World (W.O.W.) Special Mention Award by Great Place to Work Singapore 2015.

The hotel has implemented several initiatives that aim to increase the workplace happiness index. Understanding the needs of the talents and looking after their wellbeing are key to achieving this objective throughout all these years.
