Street-Food and Fine-Dining Michelin-Star Chefs Come Together for Tiger Streats

by Olivia Tiboleng @ 18 Nov 2016
Street-Food and Fine-Dining Michelin-Star Chefs Come Together for Tiger Streats Salaryman restaurant in Surry Hills is the scene of a unique culinary mash-up this November!

Tiger STREATS will bring two chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants to Sydney – including Hawker Chan, the proprietor of Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle in Singapore – one of the world's first street food stalls to be awarded a Michelin star. The second is Guillaume Galliot, executive chef of the Tasting Room in Macau, a contemporary French fine dining restaurant that holds two Michelin stars.
Whether you’re old or young, fat cat or underdog, the street food table is where everyone meets as equals to enjoy great food and make unexpected connections over an ice-cold Tiger beer.

The pop-up takes place November 24 to 26. For more information visit https://www.timeout.com/sydney/restaurants/tiger-streats
