Gault-Millau guest chef, Hans–Ulrich cooks up a feast this November  at Chalet Suisse Malaysia Indulge in the celebrity lifestyle at Chalet Suisse Malaysia with a ‘Gourmet Tour Around The World’. Gather your family and friends and treat yourselves to a dinner prepared by Chef Hans-Ulrich Wismer, who was awarded ‘Best Swiss Chef Abroad’ by Gault-Millau Restaurant Guide. Expect dishes such as smoked salmon with trout mousse, wild mushroom risotto with a port glace and truffle oil as well as decadent desserts. Of course, all these paired with a bottle of wine to complete the meal!
