Austrian Wine Week With Chef Stephan Zoisl

Hillinger and one of Austria's most famous distilleries – Distillery Farthofer, will pair their unique wines and spirits with an exquisite meal by Chef Stephan Zoisl!

Each guest will be presented with a Chef’s Table experience – from a menu curated with the freshest seasonal produce, to a table service by Chef Stephan Zoisl himself. Chef Stephan will start the meal off with simple snacks inspired by classic Austrian favourites, followed by a 6 course surprise tasting menu. The menu will be inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients available on the day itself. Having been born and raised in Austria himself, Chef Stephan will narrate the story of each dish and the inspiration behind them.
