Join Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli and his culinary team as they take you on a gastronomic adventure around The Bazaar, its 15th edition of their SuperBrunch.
This year, it boasts of dishes inspired by the iconic markets from around the world – such as floating markets of Thailand, Tsujiki Fish Market in Japan, the spice markets of India, souks in Middle East, farmer’s markets in Australia and right down to our local ‘pasar malam’. It’s a total treat of sights, sounds, smells and of course, tastes of The Bazaar.
