Following on from the success of their first ephemeral cuvée, the 2007 Belle Epoque Edition Première, Perrier-Jouët has launched another mesmerising limited edition champagne – the 2005 Belle Epoque Edition Automne. While Première was created to embrace spring, this release celebrates the colours of autumn.
The blend crafted by cellar master Hervé Deschamps is 45% chardonnay from Cramant, Avize and Le Mesnil, 50% pinot noir from Mailly, Ay, Verzy and Rilly, and 5% pinot meunier from Dizy. An alluring pink champagne with orange and reddish-brown tints, Edition Automne has incredibly delicate bubbles and delivers refined flavours of red berries and cherries with a distinctive nuttiness. Just 120 bottles are available in Singapore.
The 2005 Belle Epoque Edition Automne is priced at $388. Contact the Pernod Ricard private sales team at sgsales@pernod-ricard.com to make your purchases.
