Any true foodie would have undoubtedly heard of, if not already a fan of Momofuku, a group of restaurants owned by chef and founder David Chang.
Momofuku Ko has retained a 2 Michelin-star grading consecutively since its inception in 2008.
Max Ng, 31 is now the Chef De Cuisine at the famed restaurant. Having been a student at SHATEC and working his way up the food chain, he’s someone to keep an eye out for!
