Bold Modern Asian Flavours for CÉ LA VI’S new menu Dining in the skies has taken a new turn with an invigorating makeover of CÉ LA VI’s restaurant menu. Uniquely conceptualised to draw focus on the bold flavours of Asian countries, CÉ LA VI showcases its dramatic reinterpretation of the menu by applying a contemporary twist to the region’s time-honoured dishes, culminating into an exceptional dining experience that illustrates the frontier of Modern Asian cuisine. CÉ LA VI’s menu captures Asia’s rich culinary legacy, unveiling an array of globe-spanning offerings complete with an inventive flourish. New appetisers include the Marinated Angel Hair, which is served up al-dente style, tossed in with Tobiko and a pinch of spring onions. The Garlic Prawns are peeled, marinated with Paprika and strips of Chorizo, and sautéed to perfection.
