Din Tai Fung Launches Its Iconic Sauces For A Home Chef

You can now be a chef at home with the launch of Din Tai Fung’s iconic sauces available as Taiwan Chilli Oil, Fragrant Chilli Sauce and Premium XO Sauce.
Each sauce, a legacy of Taiwan’s rich flavors, marks Din Tai Fung’s move into the home chef market and is meant for patrons and enthusiasts alike to enjoy the authenticity and taste of Din Tai Fung’s food in the comfort of their home.
The Taiwan Chilli Oil, made with natural flavors through a medley of chilli, spring onions, garlic and ginger, is an evergreen favourite with its aromatic spices that is kept trans-fat free and suitable for vegetarians. The Fragrant Chilli Sauce, on the other hand, is spicy yet sweet from a myriad of fragrant shallots, onions, Sichuan peppers and is made under the brand’s commitment to use the best ingredients with non-GMO soy beans and preservative free. The last newly launched sauce is the Premium XO Sauce. Packed abundant with scallops, shrimps, shrimp roe, flounder and a myriad of quality ingredients, just one tablespoon of this Premium XO Sauce has been trial and tested to be sufficient to fully lift the flavour of a plate of otherwise plain egg fried rice making it so unforgettable and so delicious that you would almost salivate at the thought.

In lieu of the launch, Din Tai Fung is also launching a month-long campaign titled the ‘Din Tai Fung Cook-off Challenge’.
