First Class In A Glass brings the best of Western Australia’s Margaret River wines to the shores of sunny Singapore from now till 15th February 2017. Expect to find the internationally renowned Leeuwin Estate to be a part of the line-up of stellar wines available during this inaugural wine festival. Let your taste buds explore Shirazes, Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blancs of a different taste profile under the makings of smaller but artisanal winemakers such as Cape Grace, Cloudburst, Moss Wood, Voyager Estate and Stella Bella or give the lesser known Nero d’Avola or Montepulciano made by Amato Vino a try.
Of course, great wines should be always complemented by fine food. The various wineries will be holding exclusive one-night-only dinners featuring their respective wines at locations such as Salt Grill & Sky Bar, Tunglok XiHe Peking Duck, Burnt Ends, Artemis Grill, LeVel33 and one Michelin star Lewin Terrace. Prices start at just SGD88 for a dinner that includes wine pairings.
