The Festival of Lights is fast approaching and in its wake, Chef Javed Ahamad of Punjab Grill has crafted a delectable array of dishes and fancy treats!
Punjab Grill gives a contemporary twist to the Indian sweets while still retaining the well-loved traditional flavours. Interesting flavours include ‘Macadamia nuts & saffron swirl roll stuffed with rose petals marmalade’ and the ‘Roasted flaxseeds & Moti choor paak delight.’
The sweets are available in the 18-piece box ‘Jannat’ for $68 and the 28-piece box ‘Royal Mithai box’ for $90. The Diwali Chef Tasting Menu is priced at $99++ and is available from 24th to 31st October.
