October is here! Creating beer infused dishes has The Salted Pig celebrating Germany’s Oktoberfest like no other place in Hong Kong. From Erdinger Beer and Cheese soup, the classic Pork Holstein Schnitzel, Kartofellpuffer Mit Lachs (potato and onion pancake). Würst lovers need not fear as a 2 metre Nürnberger will be available that day made locally by a German butcher.
