Prawn Fest Buffet

Makan@Jen restaurant at Hotel Jen Orchargateway Singapore has brought in four different types of prawns from four countries. Patrons will get to savour the different textures and taste of the Thai White Prawn, Indian River Prawn, Norwegian Scampi and the Vietnamese Yabbies.
Five delectable sauces like salted egg yolk, black pepper, sweet and sour, prawn bisque and Thai chili will be accompany the prawns in addition to the normal buffet.
