Ramen Burger Rolls To Singapore In Food Truck

One would think that Singapore, right smack in the middle of noodle-crazy Asia would have been the place to observe new noodle trends. Therefore, it comes as a surprise to hear that ramen burgers, burgers where ramen noodles are used in place of bread buns, which are all the rage in America, are new to Singapore. The person behind this is Ms. Karen Cheng, who formerly worked for a French luxury goods brand. After getting bored of her job, she decided to employ her self-proclaimed ability to discern food with the help of chef Low Yuin Ling. They came up with “The Travelling C.O.W. (Chef On Wheels)”, a food truck that travels to different locations around Singapore each week to sell its wares.
