Chinese Delicacies of Singapore presented by York Hotel Singapore Wok Hei is the "essence" imparted by the wok when stir-frying over very high heat – and at York Hotel Singapore’s signature restaurant, White Rose Café, Executive Chef Charlie Tham has created a new menu of delectable wok hei specialties.
 
Available from 1 October to 15 December 2016, the menu showcases four local favourites, Wok-fried Crispy Bee Hoon with Sliced Beef, White Bee Hoon (Rice Vermicelli), Traditional Hokkien Mee and Crispy Egg Noodle. All dishes are priced at S$15.
 
Aside from Wok Hei specialties, White Rose Cafe chefs also serve a ‘Treasured Flavours of Singapore’ menu featuring all-time Singapore iconic dishes, including Stir-fried Spicy Clams, Red Rice Wine Chicken, Chendol and even the signature Fish Head Curry with an unlimited serving of fragrant rice.
 
The ‘Treasured Flavours of Singapore’ is available as à la carte lunch buffet from Mondays to Fridays, 12.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. at S$25* per person.
