Luzerne redefines “Pretty” at HOFEX 2015

14 million tons of seaweed around the world are been produced annually. France itself, according to CEVA (International Research Centre for Seaweed), accounts for 90,000 tons. 75% of that gets used by food industries and are utilized for cosmetics by the chemical industries. The edible macroalage are harvested and consumed in France and are even exported internationally.
