he name Ferran Adrià still catches most chefs because of the change he made for the culinary world. His famed restaurant, elBulli is set to become a museum/ research center to showcase his culinary work from tabletop pieces and flatware he’s designed to detailed notebooks he’s kept throughout his cooking career.
