Award-winning Fat Cow that just turned five is rolling out an exclusive 5-Course Sake Dinner titled “A Sake Journey from Miyagi to Tochigi prefecture”, and will see Head Chef Fukashi Adachi helm the kitchens with a specially curated menu paired with selected sake on the 6th October 2016 at 7pm, priced at $138++ per pax. Mr Hayato Hishinuma, Founder of Oval One and an SSI-certified Master Sáke and Shochu Adviser will be gracing the event to share his knowledge on each sake served during the night.
