Bon-Bon Restaurant Gains Second Michelin Star

Being awarded a Michelin star is no ordinary feat and the team at Summer Pavilion, helmed by Chef Cheung Siu Kong has launched special set lunch and dinner set menus to celebrate their efforts. Featuring signature creations like barbecued Iberico pork with honey sauce, marinated South African abalone with roasted sesame dressing to sautéed Japanese wagyu, the “Michelin Star” set menus are available till 30th September.
