Bangkok’s Sweet Men

Bangkok’s Sweet Men Leaving a comfortable office job to open a bakery might seem like a rash decision to many but Chefs Rasik Dusadepun, Tanawat Damnernthong and Chirayu Na Ranong have no regrets. A former song-writer, associate marketing consultant and reporter respectively, all 3 left their comfortable office jobs to create a name for themselves in the food industry. After, two terrible experiences working in a shared kitchen, Chef Dusadepun decided to go it alone and opened Bake Me Tender, dedicated to making simple but delicious cakes. Chef Damnernthong fell in love with choux pastry after a visit to Singapore and decided when he got back to Bangkok to dedicate his life to making the best choux pastry possible. Similarly, Chef Na Ranong, exposed to the world of food in his job as a food and travel writer for the Bangkok post, was convinced that if restaurants could serve bad food and do well, that serving good food would be even better.
