Massimo Bottura to open London pop up

Here’s a little spoiler to TV programme, Top Chef. There is no spoiler at all when chefs would give their all to fight for the top in culinary competitions like this one. Perhaps the spoiler would be the dish that chef Shirley Chung would be preparing. Former executive chef of China Poblano, Chef Chung was the only one to prepare her dish with rice when no other would dare to due to the time period given. Due to that leap of faith, Chef Chung succeeded in coming out as the top contender for that episode, winning herself the immunity with her Singapore chili crab.
