Hugh Acheson is the new culinary partner of Robert Thompson’s Punch Bowl Social. In hopes to nationally expand the restaurant into a 'seasonally inspired, scratch kitchen', Chef Acheson has spent months creating dishes for the new menu that will be launched on August 26th. The southern based chef has worn multiple accolades including ones from the prestigious James Beard Foundation.
