Located on Hong Kong Central’s historic Star Ferry Pier, is Watermark Seafood Bar & Grill. It is one of the few restaurants that can be found on the water and a penchant for fine seafood. Its new menu includes beautiful sautéed mussels cooked with pancetta and leek in a tomato sauce, as well as seafood platters of the freshest top-grade produce. But rest assured that their continental classics still remain such as the beef tartare and braised lamb shoulder.
