In a radical angle of looking at food, photographer Beth Galtonand food stylist Charlotte Omnes tried to observe the inner beauty of everyday foods by slicing them in half and taking pictures of their insides. When so much focus is placed on the outward appearance of dishes, the stunning geometric patterns of things from mashed potatoes and stuffed turkey presents a refreshing look at the food we consume.
