The Roca Brothers on tour

The Roca Brothers, Joan, Josep and Jordi - world renowned chef proprietors of El Celler de Can Roca in Northeast Spain, will be emabarking on their culinary tour across London, Hong Kong, Phoenix, San Francisco and Santiago for the month of August. The trio, along with an entourage of 35 sous chefs, will be sharing and recreating recipes from their home kitchen. One can expect gourmet pop-up meals with five different 20-dish menus for five weeks – a possible logistical challenge, but one worth facing for these culinary masters.
