Positivity and strength is what Sam Leong, chef of one-Michelin-starred Forest restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa, plans to give others since opening up about being diagnosed with nose cancer in February. The chef-consultant has since undergone chemotherapy and is on the road to recovery.
