5)Yàn
Yàn presents a dim sum menu with a local twist to celebrate national day. Together with dishes such as Pan-fried Chilli Crab Meat Buns, to Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Bak Kut Teh soup, and Nanyang Prawn Soup Dumplings, guest can indulge in their traditional meals while enjoying the view the National Gallery presents. 7 ) The Axis Bar & Lounge at Mandarin Oriental
A relaxing afternoon tea in a tribute to the nation’s 51st birthday by plush and exclusive The Axis Bar & Lounge comes as a five course menu that is packed with the flavours and essence of everything Singapore. Expect dainty servings of Salted Egg Crab in Mini Pita Pocket, Bandung Rosella Scones, Nonya Potato Curry Puff, Sambal Shrimp Tartlet and Ondeh Ondeh Macarons. These delights are best enjoyed with a unique and luxurious pairing of TWG teas. This menu is available from now till the end of August with prices start at SGD42 per person.
