Yàn presents a dim sum menu with a local twist to celebrate national day. 7 ) The Axis Bar & Lounge at Mandarin Oriental
A relaxing afternoon tea in a tribute to the nation’s 51st birthday by plush and exclusive The Axis Bar & Lounge comes as a five course menu that is packed with the flavours and essence of everything Singapore. Expect dainty servings of Salted Egg Crab in Mini Pita Pocket, Bandung Rosella Scones, Nonya Potato Curry Puff, Sambal Shrimp Tartlet and Ondeh Ondeh Macarons.
