Instant Printed Food

We have had our fun with Play-dohs in pretending to create food like ice cream. Age might have been a factor in keeping us away from that, but now, adults can have their own fare of food fun. Scientists at Cornell University, New York, are developing a commervially viable 3D food printer that uses raw ingredients inside syringes. All you have to do is place raw food ‘inks’ into the ‘printer’, load the recipe that you wish to try out and simply press a button. You can even attempt to tweak the recipes to suit your own taste bud by changing the slider. However, there are limitations to the machine for now with only food that can be extruded from a syringe to be created.
