Winner of Top Chef Masters brings Indian home-cooked food to New York City Known for his stint at Tabla and Bombay Canteen, Chef Floyd Cardoz will be running his own restaurant in New York City. The 72-seater restaurant is nestled in SoHo and will provide a touch of Indian home cooking to the concrete jungle.
