Chef Shaun Hergatt who closed his Michelin-starred restaurant Juni in May, is set to open a restaurant on the 12th floor of 432 Park Avenue. Though the neighbourhood is filled with big-name chefs in skyscrapers, he will have a restaurant which will not be opened to the general public, instead, it is a private restaurant, available for the building’s residents and their guests.
