Get your chance to enjoy the myriad flavours of the world at Cold Storage’s ‘Flavours of the World’ Fair. Held from 26 July – 7 August, at Plaza Singapura Main Atrium, this food fair boasts a variety of gourmet products for all to try.
Taking two food trends and putting them into one, the salted yolk cheese tarts are a unique puff pastry cups filled with seven different types of cheese and salted egg yolk. Love oozy cheese, Cold Storage brings Jean Perrin Raclette cheese to all. Do not miss the fresh Pacific Oysters from New Zealand the seafood bar.
“At Flavours of the World, shoppers will be able to experience and enjoy a global epicurean journey, which Cold Storage is famous for. We will be debuting new eats at the Fair, and food lovers can look forward to trying them,” Said Hannah Hong, Marketing Director of Cold Storage.
This food fair offers treats for all day, starting with Salted Yolk and Chilli Crab Croissants for breakfast Burgers Smokehouse for Lunch and Canadian Boston Lobsters for dinner, finish off the meal with Lavender Soft Serve Ice-Cream. New Champagnes and Beers are debut at this fair; Moet Ice Imperial, a champagne created to be enjoyed on Ice ; Weihenstephan Craft Beer and Kooksoondang Makkoli Korean Traditional Rice Beer. The Daily Crave Lentil Chips and Eatrageous’ Crunchy Mac n’ Cheese are the new snacks Cold Storage offers.
