When we think we have heard the last of these crazy food trend, a new one pops up and never ceased to amaze us. This red velvet croissant is hot from the oven, making waves around New York. Chef Thiago Silva is the creator of the famous cinnamon bun-stuffed doughnut and birthday cake croissant, both of which have made their mark in the food trends.
