Experience Brettschneider’s Baking and Cooking school in Singapore Located in 1 Greendale Avenue, Brettschneider's Baking & Cooking School offers a range of classes for the public to enjoy. Whether it is simply learning how to bake or cook, the classes are taught in a concise and interesting way.
Full day class starts at 10am in the morning; be greeted with juices and pastries made by Chef Dean and pastry Chef, Chef Jenna. Class starts as the chefs demonstrate the methods to making a component of a dessert, questions are welcomed at any point and students are asked to replicate the steps on their own after the demonstration. The chefs helming and assisting the class are more than happy to help and chat with the students, sharing little anecdotes to make class much more informative and interesting.
Lunch is served at 12.30pm with a choice of Red or White and everyone is well fed and full to continue the second half of the day till 4pm. Participants walk away with their made food.  Known for his successful Bread Book, Dean Brettschneider teaches a range of classes such as Bread Baking classes for both basic and intermediate level, Italian Flatbreads & Pizza Making for beginners and Ethnic Breads for those who have completed Basic Bread Baking class. He also teaches sweet classes such as Pastisserie & Pastry Perfection, Classic Cakes and Proper Pies & Tarts. For savoury cooking classes, food lovers such as Terri-Anne Leske from Carrotsticks and Cravings, Chef Masashi, Chef Roshini Dharmapala, Chef Lino Sauro and Chef Devago Sanmugam will teach classes and showcase the little tips and tricks to make great food taste gourmet.
