Quacking Into Taiwan For The Peking

Centuries-old China based Peking duck restaurant has signed an agreement with Her Bian Food and Beverage Group of Taiwan to open its first branch outlet on Banana Pier in Kaoshiung as part of a global expansion plan. Peking duck has been a cuisine passed down since the China monarchy era and is a dish craved by many for its crispy roasted duck skin and juicy, succulent meat that is soft and tender. It will be pleasant news if they have plans to expand to Singapore and to introduce their local version and perhaps authentic Peking Duck. For now, congratulations to Taiwan for having such delicacy in the country.
