Made famous by a film “Lost in Translation” in 2003, Park Hyatt Tokyo is an iconic hotel located in Shinjuku. This prominent hotel welcomed a new General Manager Manager Hervé Mazella who assumed his post in March of this year. He took up hospitality studies and has a strong passion for pastry. Notably, he worked in Michelin-starred Relais & Chateaux properties in Provence and the UK, including the Waterside Inn under the famous three Michelin star Chef Michel Roux.
