Paying homage to Chef David Myers homeland and to celebrate July 4th, ADRIFT is giving out free Wagyu Burgers.
Visit ADRIFT on July 4th and indulge in the signature Wagyu beef burger. This isn’t just any beef burger, this is Chef David’s ode to his mother’s beef burgers that he so fondly remembers from his childhood. The beef patty is made from wagyu beef and is lathered in an unctuous house-made tomato jam, grilled gruyere cheese and sprinkled with a parmesan snow and pickled jalapeños, all sandwiched in a soft brioche bun.
